We are Raising Generations Inspired by Their Past, Knowing Their Values and Shaping Their Future!
Starting from the close circles of Erciyes College students with this project; It aims to enable them to learn about the province they live in, Kayseri, and then our country, Turkey and Turkish history, analyze the present and effectively direct their future. Our aim; to convey the universal history of the geography we live in to future generations through Erciyes College students. In this way, it is to raise generations that do not forget their cultural values and carry them to the future.
In this direction, our students were given the task of promoting and presenting these works, starting from the works that were built for their purpose in the past and that have reached the present day and are actively operating, albeit outside the purpose of the period they were built. Our students have made an effort to fulfill these duties and responsibilities duly.
The Anıtkabir visit, where the 7th Generations Gathering was held, was a visit that sheds light on the future of our children, who carry the past on their shoulders. At the eternal resting place of the Great Leader Atatürk, who closed an era for our country and started a new one, our students once again demonstrated that the trust is in safe hands.
This study, as in the other Generations Project visits, increased the awareness of responsibility in our students, increased their awareness of doing their duties on time, strengthened their sociological observation skills, and created a historical awareness and perspective.
Since today is the age of opening up to world values, we, as Erciyes College, have found it appropriate to present and publish this study, which concerns the historical process of western societies, in English, Spanish and Turkish. In this way, our project not only crossed the borders of Turkey, but also enabled our students to effectively use the language they learned through college education.
