STORY
The bugle is a very old instrument. The first trumpets in history were made from animal horn. It was often used to imitate animal sounds. In the military, it was especially used to give the signal of attack to light infantry and cavalry regiments during the war. This instrument was also played for a warning sign in case of danger. The type of bugle in our museum was used by the Ottoman army in World War I in military exercises and as a sign of attack.
