STORY
During the Ottoman period, the society lived in tolerance. Both Muslims and people of other religions have easily made their craft. Sometimes a Muslim craftsman would produce orders of his Christian customers. The fact that the master of this pitcher is a Muslim and the client who uses it is a Christian is proof that Turkish society has been a society of tolerance since the ancients.
